GREEK TRADITIONAL SINGING
The School for Psaltries, in collaboration with the Conservatory of Classical and Contemporary Music, offers two distinct study pathways in Greek Traditional Singing, depending on each student’s goals and the level of specialisation they wish to pursue: a full course of study leading to a Degree and Diploma, or a stand-alone three-year programmewith a particular focus on the traditional vocal repertoire, offered through the “Chronis Aidonidis” Music Workshop.

An original three-year programme founded and developed by Chronis Aidonidis, offering extensive study of the vocal traditions of Thrace, Macedonia and Asia Minor, alongside foundational training in Byzantine Music, Folklore Studies and Western Music Theory.
